For about 20 years I have had sleep problems, including many nights not sleeping at all and being glad of 4 or 5 hours a night. Since starting the course over the last few weeks, I have followed the advice on the course and I have now been getting between 6.75 and 7.25 hours sleep per night. I have a good routine and I am waking up ready for the day and feel a lot calmer. I don’t dread bedtime and my racing brain keeping me awake anymore and I feel myself getting sleepier with each step of my routine. Twenty years of bad sleep habits have been transformed in 2 weeks! Thanks again for putting this course together and introducing me to the wonderful world of a good night’s sleep!
